• Operate accounts, authentication, entitlements, balances, settings, and support workflows
• Respond to bugs, refund questions, account deletion requests, safety reports, rights concerns, and other communications
• Detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, policy violations, and technical failures

3. AI Processing and Outputs

AI features may send prompts, uploads, selected sounds, generation settings, and generated outputs to infrastructure providers or model providers so the requested result can be delivered.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, visually inconsistent, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them commercially.

We do not use personal information or uploaded content to train general-purpose AI or foundation models without separate, explicit permission.

4. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to operate the services, comply with law, complete transactions, or protect users.

• Cloud hosting, storage, AI infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, communications, security, and operations providers

5. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by information type, account status, marketplace requirements, legal obligations, security needs, and backup schedules.

6. Account Deletion

Where an account is available, VibeMe AI provides an in-app account deletion feature in the account, profile, or settings area.

To delete your account, open the app, go to the account, profile, or settings area, choose the account deletion option, review the notice, confirm the request, and complete any verification step shown in the app.

After a confirmed deletion request, we delete or de-identify account personal information subject to lawful exceptions for billing, tax, marketplace records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or compliance.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion feature, contact support and include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the account.

• Information generally deleted: profile data, non-essential settings, user projects, prompts, uploaded media records, generated creative history, and authentication records no longer needed to operate or secure the services
• Information we may retain: billing, subscription, refund, tax, marketplace, accounting, security, abuse, dispute, backup, and legal compliance records

7. Privacy Rights
